Čia - daugiau informacijos, kurią ką tik atsiuntė latviai.
Man atrodo labai įdomi ir praktiška programa.
Dar labai įdomu kad ten dalyvaus du pradedantys aludarystės verslą (bravorus).

Just an update on the process
We will start at 11.00 with beer competition, it seems at least 4-5 bitters will be submitted, maybe even more
At 12. there is a lecture by Cēsu alus head brewer with regards to diacetyl issues or other lager related topics
Lunch
At 13.30 discussion about the future opportunities for small breweries, lead by the owner of Valmiermuizas alus (Aigars Rungis) and with participation of prospective owners of 2 new small breweries
14.30 Jānis will tell about his experience brewing with eco-malt made in Aizpute (we visited the maltster last year) as there are some decoction issues involved to obtain the maximum efficiency. He plans to use mostly this malt in his brewery that opens this year.
At 15.30 small scale brewing demonstration
All the details will be verified in end of March, this is just a preliminary plan. So far, the main language is Latvian, but we can possibly manage translation/billingual (Latvian/Russian or Latvian/English) discussions if non-Latvians are interested
It looks like some Estonian homebrewers might attend, they are not sure, either
One thing that is certain, is that this year is going to be the most children friendly ever, there are 20 adult participants with 10 children already.

Plus some small excursion on Sunday morning, before going home. No idea about destination, but certainly beer related
